My Story
It started with The Sims.
Most kids played The Sims to manage little virtual people. I was more interested in the houses. I’d spend hours on layouts, proportions, and interiors — experimenting with how space felt, not just how it looked.
That early instinct — that homes aren’t just square footage, they’re environments — eventually led me to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. It gave me a foundation in markets, valuations, and the economics behind the properties people call home.
Before I became a licensed realtor, I worked in banking — first at BMO, then at Scotiabank. I handled mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and the financing conversations that happen before an offer is ever made. I watched what happened when buyers didn’t fully understand their numbers. I decided I wanted to be the person who changed that.
Real estate, for me, isn’t about transactions. It’s about transitions. People moving into their first home. Families upgrading. Couples downsizing after decades in a house. I show up for all of it — with the patience it takes, the knowledge to back it up, and the honesty to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to.
Why the Lakeshore
The GTA’s waterfront communities aren’t just beautiful — they’re some of the most livable, walkable, and financially interesting neighbourhoods in the country. Port Credit, The Beaches, Mimico, Harbourfront, High Park — these communities have distinct personalities, distinct price dynamics, and distinct futures.
I chose to specialize here because I believe in depth over breadth. You get a better outcome when your agent knows the buildings, the blocks, and the buyers — not just the general market.
I also work across the broader GTA. If you’re looking beyond the lake, that’s okay too. I have the market knowledge and network to help you wherever the right opportunity is.
My Approach
Patience is a strategy.
The Toronto market can feel frantic. But rushing a decision because of external pressure is how people end up in the wrong home. I slow down the parts that should be slow. I move fast on the parts that matter.
Communication is non-negotiable.
If I’m working on something for you, you’ll hear from me. I don’t believe in radio silence. My clients know where things stand — all the time.
Your goals come first.
Every client has a different situation. Different budget. Different timeline. Different priorities. I don’t have a script — I have a conversation. And then I build a plan around what you actually need.
Let's Find What You're Looking For.
Whether you’re ready to move or just starting to think about it — the first step is a conversation.
